Will I be charged when I reserve?

No. Reserving your spot is free and does not charge your card. We don't even ask for one. We'll email you before anything is available to actually buy.

How does the 25% off actually work?

Nuvia will retail at AU$60 when pre-orders open. Everyone who reserves a spot gets 25% off that price (AU$45), no tiers, no "first 50 only." Reserving itself is free and doesn't charge you anything; the price only applies if and when you choose to buy at pre-order. Reserve any time before pre-orders open and you're covered.

When will Nuvia actually ship?

We're finalising our first manufacturing run now. Reserving early helps us gauge real demand and size that first order correctly. We'll keep you updated on timing as it firms up.

What makes this different from other bamboo or silk towels?

Most towels choose absorbency or gentleness. Nuvia is one of the few that combines a genuine Mulberry silk lining with a fast-drying bamboo terry exterior, in one product.

How do I care for my Nuvia?

Since Nuvia combines two fabrics in one towel, we recommend caring for the whole thing as you would silk, even though only one side is. Hand wash or use a gentle/delicate machine cycle in cold water, with a mild pH-neutral detergent made for delicates. Avoid bleach and fabric softener (softener can reduce the towel's absorbency over time). Air dry flat or on a line, out of direct sunlight. Skip the tumble dryer. Gently press out excess water rather than wringing or twisting.

Can I change my mind later?

Of course. Reserving isn't a commitment. Just reply to any email we send you and we'll remove you from the list.
